1. Add to home screen: open this page in Chrome → menu → “Add to Home screen”. It then opens like a normal app, works offline, and needs no Play Store.
2. Owner login: sign in with your own phone number and PIN. You see tabs for Members, Payments, Instructors, Businesses, Boosts and Events.
3. Track attendance: the Members tab shows who is active today and who has been away. 🟡 = 3+ days, 🔴 = 7+ days. Open a member to call or WhatsApp them.
4. Collect payments: in Payments, tap “Mark paid” when a member pays their ₦5,000. Export a CSV any time for your records.
5. Manage coaches: in Instructors you can move a member to a different coach. Each coach only sees their own members when they log in.
6. Earn from boosts: members pay ₦1,000 to feature their business for 7 days. When someone sends a bank transfer, approve it under the Boosts tab and their listing goes to the front page.
7. Sell perks to local businesses: under Perks, add an offer from a supplement shop, physio or food vendor. Members claim it to reveal the discount code, and the tab shows you how many claimed it — that count is what you show the business at renewal.
8. Pro memberships: members can pay ₦500/month for their consistency score, training heatmap and progress photos. The Pro tab lists subscribers and lets you grant or extend Pro for anyone who paid you in cash. No card payment is connected yet, so upgrades currently take no money.
9. Create events: under Events, add beach workouts or jogs. Members RSVP, and each coach sees who from their batch is coming.

This build talks to a shared Supabase database, so all members see the same data across devices. Loading ?demo=1 instead runs an invented sample gym stored only on this phone.
